Kimchi Avocado Toast (Gluten-Free)

INGREDIENTS
1 slice Bread SRSLY Classic Sourdough, sliced diagonally
⅓ avocado, sliced
2 tbsp kimchi (we like Sinto Gourmet)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg or vegan egg substitute (optional)
Sesame seeds, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Toast Bread SRSLY to desired crispness.
- If using, cook egg or vegan egg substitute in your preferred method (fried, scrambled, poached, etc) while your bread is toasting.
- Top with avocado slices, spoon kimchi over top, drizzle on sesame oil, and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Dig in!
