Flourless Cheese Sauce + Fondue (Gluten-Free)

Cheese Fondue

Cozy up around the table with friends and family, and get dipping! Cheese fondue is the ultimate comforting, shareable appetizer that will wow your guests. This recipe is flourless and made without cream. We instead use a dry white wine and lemon juice which creates a rich, slightly tangy dip without the extra fat. Gruyere adds a nutty, earthy flavor to this fondue, while a mild Swiss cheese creates silky, velvety base. Dipped with a gluten-free sourdough bread, this recipe is completely gluten-free and silky smooth. Use as a fondue to dip breads and veggies or as a sauce on top of nachos, pasta, or charcuterie.
