Stuffed Cinnamon Raisin French Toast (Gluten-Free)
This gluten-free french toast is made with Bread SRSLY Cinnamon Raisin sourdough bread, stuffed with a vanilla cream cheese, and topped with a sweet glaze. Your family will be impressed with your restaurant-level breakfast.

How to Make the Best Gluten-Free Stuffed French Toast
- Use Bread SRSLY's gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough, which is made with wholesome gluten-free flours, no refined sugars, and a delightful sourdough tang with subtle sweetness from raisins and date syrup and warm complexity from organic cinnamon.
- Start by lightly toasting the bread on the lowest level on your toaster. Toasting gluten-free bread helps keep it structurally intact when soaking in the egg mixture. It also allows some moisture to be removed, so when it's in the egg mixture, it has room to soak up all the flavor.
- Make a cream cheese "sandwich" before dipping into your egg mixture.
- If you have the time, let the bread soak in egg mixture for a few minutes to absorb the most flavor.
How to Make the Glaze
Making a glaze is super simple. Stir powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Pour over your finished french toast for the most beautiful breakfast.
