Our whole kitchen smells like warm cinnamon when we pull a fresh batch of Cinnamon Raisin Gluten-Free Sourdough from the oven. Infused with sweet and spicy equitably-sourced cinnamon, lightly sweetened only with organic California Medjool date syrup from Just Date, and dotted with juicy organic raisins, our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough is pure delight from start to finish.
Each loaf is 16 oz and approximately 4" x 8" x 3.5." Loaves come fully baked and non-sliced.

Orders placed by Sunday midnight PST will ship by WEDNESDAY via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after the Sunday cutoff will ship the FOLLOWING week (by Wednesday of the next week). Once shipped, orders typically arrive between Thursday and Saturday.
Refrigerate upon arrival, and enjoy toasted! Stored in the fridge, these loaves should last for upwards of one week. Slice before freezing.
How sweet is this loaf?
Our Cinnamon Raisin Gluten-Free Sourdough Loaf offers just a touch of sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter taste, we recommend a drizzle of Just Date Syrup, or your sweet toppings of choice.
Why is this loaf dark in color?
This darker color is caused by the caramelization of sugars that occurs within the loaf during the baking process. On top of this, date syrup is a naturally dark ingredient, which also contributes to a darker loaf color. This color difference is similar to how gingerbread cookies made with molasses come out of the oven darker than sugar cookies.
