Our slow-ferment gluten-free sourdough XL loaves yield 16-20 THICK slices each (slice thinly for 30+ slices!), and are best enjoyed toasted. Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough has a naturally longer shelf life than our other loaves, thanks to superstar ingredients like cinnamon and dates! Just like all our breads, it’s baked and shipped the same day, but you’ll notice it comes with a later Enjoy By date so you have even more time to savor every slice. Store in the fridge, or slice before freezing to enjoy for longer. These two whopping 51 oz. loaves arrive fully baked and unsliced.
Because our bread is always freshly made to order, we follow a special shipping schedule to ensure you get the best quality.
