Hello there!
I'm Sadie (she/her), founder of Bread SRSLY Gluten-Free Sourdough. Our company began late in 2011 after a furious bout of gluten-free sourdough experiments in my home kitchen in San Francisco. Since then, we've expanded our product lineup to include lectin-free, gum-free, and rice-free sourdough bread, baked by hand in our own dedicated gluten-free facility in Oakland, CA. We can't wait to hear what you think of our lectin-free sourdough once you've had a chance to toast up a slice.
