Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Crackers

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Using a very sharp knife, thinly slice the loaf of bread into about ½ inch thick slices, and then in half lengthwise.
  3. Using a pastry brush, brush olive oil on each side of each slice and lay on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until crackers are crispy.

Herbed Goat Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 5oz herbed goat cheese (I used @laurachenel thyme & rosemary goat cheese)
  • ¼ cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for topping
  • Salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Plate in a serving bowl and top with an additional drizzle of olive oil.

SERVING

Arrange your crackers and dip on a wooden board or platter alongside fresh fruit (sliced pears or grapes work great), nuts (optional), or even more cheeses if you’re going all out. This winter charcuterie board is an easy, elegant addition to any gathering—and it’s 100% gluten-free.

Don’t forget to grab a loaf of our Cinnamon Raisin and wow your guests with a snack board that’s both allergy-friendly and irresistibly delicious.
