Gluten-Free Stuffing Cubes

We believe the key to great stuffing is great bread, prepared properly! Since we get tons of customer questions every winter on the best way to prepare our bread for stuffing cubes, we thought it was time to create an official recipe. Happy stuffing! 

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Makes 12 Cups

INGREDIENTS

1 Gluten-Free Bread SRSLY XL Pullman Loaf or

3 Gluten-Free Bread SRSLY Classic Loaves


DIRECTIONS


1. Pre-heat oven to 300°F.

2. Cut the bread into 1" cubes with a sharp, non-serrated knife (a chef's knife works best for us).

3. Spread bread cubes out evenly on two baking sheets and bake for 30-60 minutes, or until they're toasty to the touch (as in, crisp but not brown).

4. Enjoy!
