Gluten-Free Sourdough Classic and Gluten-Free Sourdough Dinner Roll shelf life is about 9 days on arrival. Gluten-Free Sourdough Sandwich roll shelf life is about 5 days on arrival. These 3.5” sandwich rolls, 2” dinner rolls, and 16oz classic loaf arrive fully baked and unsliced. Slice loaf before freezing.
