Our slow-ferment gluten-free sourdough loaves yield 10-14 slices each, and are best enjoyed toasted. The Classic and Seeded Sourdough shelf life is about 9 days on arrival, and the Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough shelf life is about 14 days on arrival. Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough has a naturally longer shelf life than our other loaves, thanks to superstar ingredients like cinnamon and dates! Just like all our breads, it’s baked and shipped the same day, but you’ll notice it comes with a later Enjoy By date so you have even more time to savor every slice. Store in the fridge, or slice before freezing to enjoy for longer. These 16 oz. loaves arrive fully baked and unsliced.
Because our bread is always freshly made to order, we follow a special shipping schedule to ensure you get the best quality.
