Our slow-ferment gluten-free sourdough products are best enjoyed toasted. Store in the fridge upon arrival, or freeze in an airtight container. Gluten-free Sourdough Sandwich Roll shelf life is about 5 days when refrigerated upon arrival. These 3.5” rolls arrive fully baked and unsliced. Gluten-Free Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Loaf shelf life is about 9 days when refrigerated upon arrival. This 16 oz. loaf arrives fully baked and unsliced. Slice loaf before freezing.

As a small business, we have a unique shipping schedule since all of our bread is made to order. All orders placed between Monday and Sunday will ship by Wednesday of the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 days.
