Gluten-free Sourdough Sandwich Roll shelf life is about 5 days when refrigerated upon arrival. These 3.5” rolls arrive fully baked and unsliced. Gluten-Free Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Loaf shelf life is about 14 days when refrigerated upon arrival. Our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough has a naturally longer shelf life than our other loaves, thanks to superstar ingredients like cinnamon and dates! Just like all our breads, it’s baked and shipped the same day, but you’ll notice it comes with a later Enjoy By date so you have even more time to savor every slice. This 16 oz. loaf arrives fully baked and unsliced. Slice loaf before freezing.

Because our bread is always freshly made to order, we follow a special shipping schedule to ensure you get the best quality. Place your order by Monday at 11:59pm PT, and we’ll have it baked and on its way by Thursday at the latest. We only use express shipping to ensure your order arrives to you at its best!
